Student Intern: Office & Marketing

When large numbers of people move through a confined space, it is important to understand the resulting dynamics. Our customers use our crowd:it software for this purpose, which we continuously refine based on the latest research findings. At the same time, we also use the software to carry out our own projects: from evacuation simulations for the Munich Oktoberfest to capacity planning for train stations and soccer stadiums, we develop ready-to-use simulations for our clients across a wide range of industries.

Your responsibilities: You…

• supports all marketing activities (e.g., creating materials, organizing events, planning social media, etc.).
• Assists with sales tasks (e.g., maintaining the CRM, conducting market research, developing campaigns).
• You will handle general secretarial and office duties for the entire team and assist with various administrative and organizational tasks.

Your profile: You…

• You're a digital native and feel comfortable using software and social media.
• You have a good command of standard Office applications (Word/Excel/Outlook) for working in a (nearly) paperless office.
• You have excellent written and spoken German skills and good written and spoken English skills.
• You have a strong commitment to customer service.
• You work independently, in an organized and reliable manner, and keep a clear head even when things get hectic.
