When would you use a simulation?
Simulations are used across multiple sectors. Fire safety engineers, event planners and construction managers use crowd simulation to validate fire and safety concepts, analyse evacuations and improve service levels. By using simulation in the early phases of a project, planning errors can be minimised and costs reduced.
I would like to have a project simulated by accu:rate. What do I have to do?
Give us a call or send us an e-mail at email@example.com. We will give you an initial assessment. Alternatively, you can fill out our request form, which will give us an initial idea of your project.
What information do I need in advance?
It is good if you already have CCAD plans of the simulation area, as well as a specific question (evacuation, process / comfort study...).
Information on the number of people, floor space and floors is also helpful when preparing an offer. If you are not sure, give us a call and we can discuss together which documents we still need.
When When should I simulate?
There is no catch-all answer to this question. If you are unsure, you are welcome to send us an e-mail or pick up the phone, and we can assess whether a simulation is appropriate for your project. Generally speaking, our small projects run in the four-digit range.
Is there a trial version of crowd:it?
Yes, it's limited to 50 agents and valid for one month. The demo is a great way to get to know crowd:it and its features. You can find the trial version in our shop under Free Demo.
My trial license does not work
Please check if you have entered your name and password correctly, note that it is case sensitive. You must have an active internet connection to log in.
What packages are available? Which package is right for me?
We offer three industry-specific packages. To simulate an event, we have our "Easy Event" package; for fire protection, the "Fire Safety" package; and for construction projects, the "Smart Building" package. The "Allround Pro" package covers all these needs.
Find details on our packages page and in the price list. If you are not sure which package is right for you, or if you are missing features, contact our team!
Are there only annual licenses?
In addition to our annual licenses, we also offer monthly licenses for our Fire Safety and Smart Building packages. These are particularly suitable for if you only want to simulate a few projects per year.
Can I also simulate in 3D?
We offer a free 3D visualization tool with which you can display your simulation results in 3D. If you are interested, please send us an e-mail.
Who can I contact if I have technical problems?
Write us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or use the Help function in crowd:it, our support team will be happy to help you.
And if I have a technical question, e.g. which distribution of the population should I use for my project?
Our "Smart Building" and "Allround Pro" packages include expert advice. If your package does not include this kind of support, you can purchase additional service packages. These can be found on page 2 of our price list.
