1.9.13 is released!
We develop and improve crowd:it continuously. And now, the newest version is released.
In addition to various bug fixes, there are also some great new features that we would like to introduce to you:
Congestion heatmaps
In addition to our existing heatmap evaluations, congestion durations can now be evaluated per cell. This allows an overview in which areas congestion lasted the longest.
Congestion charts
Whether only a certain area is to be evaluated or the entire scenario, our charts are available as usual. Additonally to our existing data series we now have a special congestion data series for specific evaluation polygons, floors or the whole scenario.
Three different aspects can be evaluated:
- Number of agents in congestion over time
- Maximum individual congestion duration per pedestrian
- Total congestion duration per agent
Improve start dialog
We are also continuously working on improving the usability of crowd:it.
This time we improved our start dialog:
In the new dialog you will find the option to create new projects and open existing ones. Additionally you have direct access to our quick introduction project, a link to our latest features and the documentation.
Performance improvements
As our projects get bigger and bigger, we are constantly working on making crowd:it faster.
This time we focused on the rendering performance and made QuickSelect a bit faster.
A complete list of our changes can be found in our changelog.
